The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines “Metamorphosis” as either (1) a change of physical form, structure, or substance, especially by supernatural means or (2) a striking alteration in appearance, character, or circumstances. I can think of no better description for what is happening around Brannan’s right now, supernatural or otherwise.

Our menus have developed and evolved in a thoughtful and intentional manner. A tumultuous end to Winter and beginning of Spring has brought beautiful vegetables—beets, peas, beans—to the restaurant and we are taking full advantage of them. Our wine list has changed dramatically and will continue to do so in dynamic fashion as we implement a new philosophical approach to our wine and spirits programs that is marked by a commitment to quality and accessibility.

The restaurant’s aesthetic has evolved as too; perhaps nowhere is that more noticeable than in the new design elements in the menus and even in the dining room itself.

Brannan’s is indeed undergoing a metamorphosis—a renaissance, even—and it’s happening right in front of our collective eyes.

We hope you'll come in and be a part of our movement forward.
